Analysis and troubleshooting of sound reinforcement system faults

Author:

(1) There is a phenomenon of virtual soldering in the connecting wires between the various equipment of the sound reinforcement system. When there is a music signal, the solder joint causes the sound signal to be intermittent. Solution: (2) It is necessary to thoroughly inspect the wiring of each channel equipment, and it is best to re weld each connection point; (3) If the welding points of each connection are thoroughly inspected and there is still a "clicking" phenomenon, it may be due to a broken wire in the connecting wire. Use a multimeter to check each wire and replace the cable with a broken wire inside.

The fault phenomenon, causes, and solutions of the sound reinforcement system are shown below.
(1) : The sound reinforcement system plays without sound
The power plug of one or several audio devices connected in series is not properly plugged in. Solution: Check the power wiring board to ensure good contact with the socket.
(2) The sound reinforcement system occasionally emits a "click" sound, especially during music playback.
